Citywide Development Corporation started as the economic development arm of the City of Dayton. Since then, they’ve spun off into a standalone company that advocates for and provides financing, strategy, and development to people and projects in the Dayton metro region.
Unsurprisingly, a great deal of their interests are in real estate—from complete technology parks to just parking lots, from neighborhood restaurants to neighborhood revitalization—and their projects demanded a very well-rounded approach.
They were a client for over ten years and needed everything from annual reports, brochures, and brand management to event planning, a robust annual dinner, and any number of groundbreakings and press events.
